All of our combination training classes incorporate Vipr training (click here), TRX suspension training (click here), stability ball training, kettlebell training and resistance band training. Whether you are a frequent exerciser or a complete novice these class will suit your needs and are regressed or progressed to suit you. Each class will burn approx 400-500 calories class and leave you feeling invigorated.

JKS Health & Fitness are extensively involved and working alongside Active Schools to deliver karate and other fitness sessions to the community. Below are some class pictures from our 2011 recent karate programme within the Woodmill cluster.
